If you are enrolled on a course at that point, you will be automatically set up in our new system and can continue your training there. We will email you with details of how to access it, to minimise any downtime.

How to enrol in our courses
We are currently upgrading the self-registration experience on our Online Training Platform. Whilst we make these improvements, we have two options for you to enrol on our courses:
Agency Staff
Please contact your agency/employer, who will organise access to the courses you require with ACI Training & Consultancy, and provide you with your user account details.
Direct Purchase
As an individual, you can purchase our courses and pay by credit/debit card via Paypal.

Health, Safety & Welfare
This course is a statutory / mandatory requirement for all staff working in the NHS including unpaid and voluntary staff. The certificate is valid for 3 years. This course is mapped and aligned to the UK CSTF.

This course is a statutory / mandatory requirement for staff with professional responsibility for safeguarding adults, able to act on concerns and to work within an inter- or multi-agency context. The certificate is valid for 3 years. This course is mapped and aligned to the UK CSTF.

Register and Take a Course in 3 easy steps...
Choose your course
and register
- If you work for an Agency, please contact your Agency and ask them to enrol you on the course(s) that you would like to complete. Most Agencies are set up to use our platform.
- If you would like to purchase a course as an individual, please click here to access our Online Training System.
- There, you can browse the available courses.
- Click on a course name, to see its full details.
- At the bottom of each course description you will find a button to pay using Paypal.
- Once your payment has gone through, it takes around 2 minutes before you are registered on the course.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration.
Take
your courses
- Please click here to access our Online Training System where you can Log In with your user ID and password at the top right.
- Alternatively, use the link in the email, which is sent out when you are enrolled on each course.
- You have 3 attempts at each course. If successful you will be informed on the screen.
- You have 30 days in which to take your course after which time it will expire.
- If you have any problems please phone 01291 624451 Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm - voicemail outside of these hours.
Receive your
certificate
- You can view the course material as many times as you need.
- Once you are ready, you can take the Test on each course.
- You have 3 attempts at the test.
- If you pass, a message to inform you of your Pass will be displayed, along with a button where you can request your formal Certificate from ACI Training and Consultancy.
- If you fail after 3 attempts, you will be notified by a message on the screen, and can contact your Agency, or ACI Training and Consultancy if you wish to be re-enrolled in the course to have another attempt.
